The Dairy Cottage

The Dairy Cottage is a traditional cosy bolthole for two that used to be a dairy during the 19th Century. The building itself dates back to the 15th Century and possibly even to Saxon times. It is one of the wings of the main building with its own entrance and occupies two floors with a double bedroom, en-suite bathroom and separate w/c on the upper level where there are views across the well maintained grounds to the Dorset coast and the sea.

The cottage has recently been fitted with a new kitchen and the bathroom upgraded with a new shower giving you the choice of a refreshing shower or a relaxing bath. The emphasis here is on comfort and it is the only traditionally furnished cottage at Norburton Hall.

The patio immediately outside has a table and chairs and is the perfect place to sit and watch the wildlife whilst enjoying the tranquillity of the gardens. Off road parking is provided and there is a short walk down a sloping pathway to the entrance. All quality linen and towels are supplied within the rental price.
