Since opening in 2005 we’ve been delighted at the number of people who have stayed with us, shared our enthusiasm and loved all aspects of Norburton Hall. Many of you will have come to us through recommendation and will have recommended others too. Having said that we know that to maintain the highest standards we need to continually re-evaluate.
We have been granted a licence to serve alcohol and are now pleased to offer chilled champagne on arrival as well as wine, beer, spirits or local cider. In the warmer weather we have jugs of Pimms for you to enjoy on the terrace, or if you are self-catering, on your own private patio.
Our local food boxes for our cottages and apartments together with our menus focussing on local and organic food have proved to be very popular. We offer gluten free breakfasts and are happy to consider requests to meet special dietary requirements, if we are informed at least 2 days in advance of your arrival. Since 2007 our free range hens have been happily providing us with eggs as well as delighting our guests with their antics and obtaining their own special mention in guide books.
The restored ornamental pond with large fish including Koi Carp and Golden Orf is proving to be a wonderful tranquil spot to soothe all cares away. Guests staying here in March may also be lucky enough to see newly hatched ducklings on the water - a lovely annual occurrence. |
